1.Clutch Function 
 The needles, nipples, and pressers can be raised up to 27 mm higher than the table surface.

 

2.Accurate Frame Drive and Powerful Main Shaft Drive Motor 
 High-performance stepping (pulse) motor driver and high-precision, durable special stepping (pulse) motors offer you quieter and stabler frame driving.

 

3.Automatic Needle Height Adjusting Mechanism
 Depending on the stitching conditions, the needle height can be either manually or automatically adjusted within 10 steps for the optimum stitching.

 

4.Automatic Stitch Exchange
 Moss stitches and chain stitches can be switched by the setting on the operation panel. Automatic or manual stitch change is also selectable (maximum 99 times). 

 

5.Automatic Color Change
 Colors can be selected either manually or automatically, up to 99 times in any desired sequence.

 

6.Feed-back Control
 Adoption of the feed-back control gives accurate control of the needle and the looper movement, which provides stabler stitches.

 

7.Frame Back / Forward
 Frame Back / Forward is available in units of stitches, color change or designated stitch count.

 

8.Origin Return
 The frame can be either manually or automatically returned to the design starting point (while the machine is stopped), even if the end point is different from the starting point

 

9.Looper Base Point Return 
 At the time of thread breakage, the function of looper base point return automatically operates, which makes threading easier.(Manual setting is also available.)

 

10.Automatic Repeat
  design can be automatically repeated up to 99 times both vertically and horizontallly. 

 

11.New Looper Adopted
 Threads will be sewn without fail at the start of stitching.
